Inclusion Policy, e.g. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy - Every body is welcome in our office. We uphold the everyone’s basic human right to access a safe, affirming and equitable healthcare space.

We will not tolerate aggression or violence towards staff, patients, or community members, which includes, but is not limited to physical and verbal violence, misogyny, homophobia, racism, ableism, ageism and any other act that would otherwise isolate, intimidate, or cause undue harm to a person or group of people.


Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy – You will be charged a 50% of your appointment fee if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice if we are unable to fill your appointment time. We will do our best to do so and this will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Payments

Payment – Payment for visits or dispensary items is due at the time of purchase. E-transfers are preferred, but credit card payments via our booking software, Jane App, is also optional.


In-Office

Kids in visits - Sometimes you just can’t get a sitter, or actually would prefer to have your kiddo join us. Please give us a call and we can make room for your little one to join you in your appointment.

Fragrances – As many individuals are sensitive to scents, please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes on the day of your appointment.
